Diversity. elrow is an immersive experience where we work to promote an atmosphere of total respect and freedom. A place filled with games, dance, and humor. A space where you can unleash your inner child regardless of where you come from, who you are, or how you define yourself, and express yourself just as you are. We work to make our festival a place of maximum craziness and fun; a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space.

Inclusivity. Our Pink Cathedral becomes our first stage led by LGTBI+ collectives.

Accessibility. We work to make our festival accessible to everyone. People with disabilities can access with a companion through the priority lane to enter our festivals without queues and have access to all elevated platforms at the festival, usually located in the FOH or VIP areas.

Purple Point. We have protocols against gender violence and set up the Purple Point as a space for information, prevention, and action.

Supporting the Local Community. More than 90% of the hirings for our international festivals are local workers. Additionally, we work with small local businesses and suppliers to increase the economic benefits for the local community.

Culture and Theater. At each festival, we work with over 400 artists from various artistic disciplines and street theater companies that make our show a unique experience, supporting the world of culture, art, and entertainment.

Elrow Art. Bringing contemporary art to over 300,000 people from around the world. In 2019, elrow's new cultural initiative was born: a collaboration platform with top international contemporary artists such as Okuda San Miguel, Ron English, or Nychos, where contemporary art, electronic music, the audience, and entertainment merge. A space to interpret and recreate the artist's world, bringing all their artworks to life, and where, for the first time, the audience stops being a spectator and becomes part of the artist's universe, bringing contemporary art to over 300,000 people from around the world.
