Access to and use of the Website, as well as its information, services and contents are subject to the applicable regulations and to the provisions established in this Legal Notice and Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookies Notice, applicable Festival & Ticket Sales Conditions, and any other policies and/or legal texts of the Website (the “Website Policies”).
2.2. This Legal Notice and Website Terms of Use regulates the general terms and conditions of use of the Website. Note than, when applicable, the sale and purchase of our products and/or services, such event tickets, are set out in the relevant Festival & Ticket Sales Conditions.
2.3. Users of this Website ("User/s") acknowledge and agree to have read and understood the applicable Website Policies. By using the Website, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by them to the extent that they are applicable.

6. Exclusions of liability
6.1. In view of the unforeseeable situations that characterise technological environments and the Internet, elrow reserves the right to temporarily suspend the services of the Website, whether for technical, security or maintenance reasons.
6.2. Suspension of services does not confer any right to compensation or indemnification on the User. However, elrow will endeavour to limit, whenever possible, any suspension or interruption of the services.
6.3. Furthermore, elrow reserves the right to implement and make changes and/or updates to the Website at any time, with or without prior notice, which may affect the accessibility of the Website.
6.4. In this regard, Users accept that elrow shall not be liable, as a result of such actions, for the elimination or failure to make available certain services or functionalities of the Website.

7. Intellectual and industrial property
7.1. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
8.1. The interpretation and application of the conditions and policies of the Website shall be governed by Spanish Law.
8.2. For the resolution of any discrepancy that may arise in the interpretation and/or execution of the conditions and policies of the Website, the parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving any other forum to which they may be entitled.
8.3. However, in the event that the applicable regulations for the protection of consumers and users establish the possibility for consumers and/or Users to choose the jurisdiction corresponding to their place of residence, they may proceed in accordance with such regulations. Such is the case, for instance, of Spain and the majority of EU countries.
