ELROW [UNVRS] 2026 DRAW
Legal Terms and Conditions
1. PURPOSE OF THESE TERMS
1.1. The Organizing Entity (detailed in clause 2) organizes a draw for two Standard tickets to attend an event of your choice among those organized by elrow at the [UNVRS] venue during 2026 (the "Draw").
1.2. These Legal Terms (the "Terms") aim to regulate the participation requirements in the Draw and its mechanics, as well as any other related criteria or aspects.
1.3. The Draw is open to any individual of legal age who meets the requirements set forth in these Terms.
2. ORGANIZING ENTITY
2.1. The entity organizing this Draw is EM TOUR 7, S.L., UNIPERSONAL, with registered office in Bilbao (48001) Bizkaia, Gran Vía de Don Diego López de Haro, 1, 11th floor, Tax ID B-21.837.703, registered in the Bizkaia Commercial Registry, section 8, sheet number BI-85.012, entry 3 (hereinafter, the "Organizing Entity").
3. PARTICIPATION PERIOD
3.1. The participation period will start on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, and end on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
4.1. Participation in the Draw is free of charge.
4.2. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4.3. Only individuals aged 18 or older who correctly complete the participation process indicated in section 5.1 may participate.
4.4. Participation by companies, entities, associations, foundations, or any other type of legal entity is not permitted.
5. DRAW MECHANICS
5.1. Participation Process
To participate in the Draw, the user must:
- (i) Fully complete the form available at the following link: https://elrow.com/ibiza/signup
- (ii) Indicate their willingness to participate in the Draw by selecting the corresponding checkbox in the registration form.
- (iii) Provide their email address.
5.2. Validation of Participants and Winner Selection
- (i) Once the participation period ends, the Organizing Entity will validate the correctly submitted responses and prepare, based on the information provided by those who indicated their willingness to participate, the final list of participants (hereinafter, the "Participants" and individually, the "Participant").
- (ii) The Draw will take place on Monday, February 9, 2026, via the Easypromos platform using a random, automated, and transparent system that will select one person from among the Participants.
5.3. Result Notification
- (i) The Draw result will not be published or announced publicly through the Organizing Entity’s media channels.
- (ii) The winning Participant will receive an individual email notifying them of their win and providing instructions to claim the prize.
- (iii) The notification will be sent to the email address provided by the winning Participant when completing the survey and indicating their willingness to participate.
- (iv) The notification will be sent on Monday, February 9, 2026.
- (v) The Organizing Entity may request the winning Participant to provide proof of identity and that of their companion (ID or equivalent document) to verify compliance with participation requirements and assign the prize.
5.4. Prize Acceptance
To receive the prize, the winning Participant must reply to the notification email before Friday, February 13, 2026, confirming they wish to receive the prize and do not waive it (otherwise, it will be considered waived). The Organizing Entity will not be obliged to compensate the winner if they waive the prize or cannot enjoy it for any reason. Additionally, the winner must provide any data requested by the Organizing Entity to deliver the prize.
5.5. Queries and Incidents
For questions or issues related to the Draw and the prize, as well as any inquiries or incidents regarding the survey process, Participants may contact the Organizing Entity at: info@elrowfamily.com.
6. PRIZES
6.1. The Draw includes one prize (the "Prize") consisting of two Standard tickets to attend a single event organized by elrow at [UNVRS] during the 2026 season, chosen by the winning Participant as per these Terms.
6.2. The events included in the Prize will be those effectively held during the 2026 season at [UNVRS], according to the current schedule. The schedule may be subject to changes, modifications, or cancellations for organizational, technical, or force majeure reasons, without generating any right to claim by the winner.
6.3. Ticket use and attendance at the selected event are subject to the general Terms and Conditions of the [UNVRS] venue.
6.4. The Prize will be sent via email to the address provided by the winner no later than three days before the chosen event date.
6.5. The winner’s event choice is final and cannot be modified, changed, or substituted. The winner cannot claim economic differences, compensation, refunds, or substitutions, regardless of whether the regular ticket price for the chosen event is higher or lower than other available events.
6.6. The Draw and Prize granting are subject to applicable tax regulations.
6.7. The Organizing Entity informs that the execution and development of elrow events at [UNVRS] may be affected by circumstances requiring rescheduling and/or cancellation as necessary. If the chosen event cannot be held for any reason, the Organizing Entity reserves the right to replace the described prizes with others of similar value and/or characteristics (including, without limitation, tickets for any other event organized or promoted by the Organizing Entity or any other group company, selected by the Organizing Entity).
6.8. The Organizing Entity reserves the right to declare the prize void or not select a winner if no Participant meets all requirements set forth in these Terms.
7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
7.1. The Organizing Entity shall not be liable, including but not limited to, cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the Draw or full/partial enjoyment of the prizes.
8. CONSULTATION AND DEPOSIT OF TERMS

9. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
9.1. Participation in the Draw implies acceptance and compliance with these Terms and the rules governing its development, the rights of all Participants, and the selection of winners.
9.2. Participants agree to comply with these Terms and any other applicable conditions. Any rejection of these Terms, in whole or in part, will result in automatic exclusion from the Draw, releasing the Organizing Entity from any obligations toward excluded Participants.
9.3. If the Organizing Entity, on its own or through any collaborating entity, detects any anomaly or suspects that a Participant is acting irregularly to hinder the normal development of the Draw and/or unlawfully alter its results, the Organizing Entity reserves the right to immediately exclude that person and notify them of its decision.
9.4. The Organizing Entity also reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, cancel, or annul the Draw if exceptional circumstances, force majeure, or unforeseen events prevent its normal development, without incurring any liability, only being required to inform Participants of such circumstances.
9.5. The Organizing Entity reserves the right to modify or expand these Terms, provided it does not harm or undermine the rights of Participants already registered in the Draw.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1. The Draw will be carried out in compliance with Spanish and Bizkaia regulations on commercial promotions and will not constitute unfair practice under Law 3/1991 on Unfair Competition.
10.2. The Draw is governed by these Terms and applicable Spanish law.
10.3. Any dispute, discrepancy, issue, or claim arising from any act related to these Terms or resulting from their execution or interpretation shall be expressly submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bilbao.
11. DATA PROTECTION
11.1. The Organizing Entity is responsible for processing Participants’ data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding personal data processing and free movement of such data; Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee; and applicable data protection regulations.
